A terrible experience tonight. It took the pharmacy staff over an hour to fill my prescription. When they finally had it ready, she asked if I wanted the prescription or just the over the counter equivalent. I said "you mean to say I've been waiting this whole time for an over the counter product? Why didn't you tell me before "filling" the prescription? Nobody said thanks for waiting or thanks for your patience... even the cashier didn't say "thanks" after I paid in cash. I left but then came back to complain, but they looked at me like I was an idiot, as if they didn't believe I was there over an hour. I will never return.

This is just a pharmacy! It's inside of the hospital!

Great place for scripts.
