Got my exam from Dr. Ekman who was everything from courteous to knowledgeable to just an overall great person. He was thorough with his work and considerate of my financial situation. I would recommend him to everyone looking for great service in this field. Also, Alyssa, his assistant was extremely helpful and nice throughout the entire process. Thanks Vision Plus!

Totally happy here - friendly staff, eye doctor really cared. glasses took a week, but that is normal with my insurance. they said it would take 10 days, and it only took 7. frame selection was good, they had full range of frames from cheaper to designer. (my insurance landed up paying for designer) Dr was good, explained everything. Happy to have a new place with good doctors, good staff. they kept their word !!!

I wish there were more options in the Blaine, WA area. The best looking optical shop is this place in Ferndale. Their prices are pretty expensive but I was happy that they gave me the discount to match what another Bellingham optical shop offered me. Still, my glasses are taking FOREVER to arrive from their lab. Like e-rod they kept promising that it would arrive the "next day" or "tomorrow." Now they told me it can take up to 2 weeks! Geez, I need new glasses for a reason!! I only wish they would call me back with a correct update of it's actual status so I'm not calling them all the time. =( If only there were others within a 10 mile radius of Blaine that offered great service, selection and prices!

bad bad bad service. NO one returns the calls, took almost 3 weeks to get my glasses, when they said 7 days the most. Finally when I received them they where damaged. I got them replaced for free, but I cant pick them up sat cuse the lab guy isnt there, so no one is capable of popping out the lense and replaceing them with the new ones other than the gifted tech? o well... my rating is no stars!! in other words there service is as bad as my spelling... atleast i can laugh about all this, cuse I am happy there not the only place that has glasses in Bellingham!!

I could not have been more impressed by Dr. Aginsky and his staff. I hadn't been to the optometrist in a few years, and within the first appointment was given multiple options and information that was helpful for making my choices. Dr. Aginsky is very thorough in his examination and staff is both professional and charismatic. You don't come by many offices where both doctors and staff are excited to be at their jobs... At Vision Plus, you can tell it has a positive and youthful environment as soon as you walk through the door.
