My experience with Dr. Melara and her staff was wonderful! The office staff and Dr. Melara treated me like a welcomed guest from the time I arrived to the time I left. Jan and Pam are wonderful ladies and very professional, compassionate and helpful. I am sorry to hear of the person's experience that also reviewed this eye clinic but I can assure you that mine was far different. In my opinion, Jan, Pam and Dr, Melara are some of the most patient focused and honest individuals I have ever met. I look forward to working with them for years to come. Dr. Melara is superb! I am a recently diagnosed insulin dependant Diabetic and she really went the extra mile to help me understand the effect that diabetes can have on the eyes and what I can do to help permanent damage from occurring. I would describe her as very knowledgeable, compassionate and a true advocate for her patients. I am glad to have founds such a great eye doctor!! Thanks to everyone at Eye Care for You and I promise you will be treated well if you go here. My suggestion if you have a concern talk with Jan or Pam or even Dr. Melara. All of these ladies are more than willing to help and I recommend them without hesitation. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

I ordered my glasses on March 5, was told they would be here in 3 weeks, they arrived six weeks later, without the transition lenses I paid for. I returned them, and was told they were going to rush order them. It would be at most three weeks. It is now going on five weeks, and still no glasses. No customer service either, just excuses that it wasn't their fault. An employee let it slip today that it was their error and they didn't order transition lenses. I am disappointed with the new doctor and the management of the clinic. I will not return, after 22+ years.
