I've chosen this office because it was close to my home and I'm not regretting it. It's been some time since I had work done, and I've had all kinds of problems and the staff did an excellent job. The teeth cleaning thorough and painful (not had a cleaning in years) but the hygienist made it as comfortable as possible. I also needed several fillings, a crown and a root canal and Dr. Rubano did an amazing job going fast when possible and slowing down and handling pain when it needed. The root canal and crown were done perfectly. I'll definitely won't be switching dentists.

I have been going to Dr. Rubano for a couple of years now. She and Janelle are totally awesome. They have always been a hoot to work with, very friendly, lots of fun. Unfortunately, they work the morning shift. Not sure what the deal is with the folks that work the evening shift, but I went in for a cleaning and was told that it would be $81.00, so that is what I budgeted for. After the exam and what not were completed my bill was $185.00. I was shocked. The hygenist that cleaned my teeth was rude about it. I also had just referred a friend that needed $2000 worth of work done. When we left he couldn't figure out why I had spoken so highly of them. Now I can't either. I called back this morning to see if there was anything they could do and they said no, the charge is what it is. SERIOUSLY? I will never return to this office. What a disappointment. Beware of what you're quoted and confirm in advance before you have work done. Lesson learned.
BAD EXPERIENCE WITH PRAIRIE DENTAL! They did a crown for me and chipped the one next to it. The new crown is approximately 3 shades lighter than the rest of my teeth. As for the response to the crown that they chipped..."It was going to fracture anyway so you should just have it replaced, $700 estimate". What other type of business can get away with a response like this? I am in the process of getting a second opinion and obtaining legal advice. The ladies in the front office have poor customer service skills and overall bad attitudes when dealing with unsatisfied patients, something I have heard from many other people. FIND A DIFFERENT DENTIST to give your money to!
