DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE! I ordered a pair of glasses with Transition lenses and they came in without the Transition lenses. I called to remedy the situation and was told that I was the one who changed my mind on the order. NOT the case. After several rounds of trying to remedy this situation, I have finally just asked for my money back and my medical records so that I could take my business elsewhere. I was refused BOTH. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of WI to try to get some satisfaction. Please do yourself the favor and drive the extra miles to Wal-Mart. You will receive better customer service and save money in the process.
