The physicians complete unnecessary services, telling you they are necessary and will be covered by your insurance. There is no disclosure of fees at time of service. Shauna, the manager in the billing department, is rude - probably due to a long career of mistakes and upset customers. Beckley Dermatology holds the patient responsible for any services not covered by the insurance (this will be a lot because of their misrepresentation in the office visit.) Furthermore, they incorrectly bill other services, and bill them late, meaning the insurance won't cover as much as it normally would because of the laziness of Beckley Dermatology's billing department. This is a terrible business and I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as I type this.
