I received a call from the clinic saying they need to reschedule my son's appointment. On the day of the appointment I had to pick up my son from school and i knew I would be 5 minutes late so I called the clinic and asked them if I arrive 5 minutes late would my son be able to be seen? The nurse on the phone replied "yes come on in that would not be a problem." When we got there the nurse was very rude and said they would not be able to my son. All I said was that I called before hand and someone assured me he would be seen even if I was 5 minutes late. The nurse snapped at me and said no the dentist is very busy he cant. She did not ask to reschedule or anything. She want back to call the dentist out, Dr. Clark, came out and called me very rudely and said "youre harrasing my staff and I was infromed you were being rude with them. Don't create a scene here, you need to leave Im not seeing your son." He argued with me for 20 min leaving one of his patients inside on the chiar but he couldn't see MY son. He was dissrespectul and honestly, he was racist because we are Americans but have a different ethnicity. I have never met a Doctor so rude to his patients. Very unprofessional. Wasted my time and my son's school day, his gum is bleeding because of his bad tooth and he's only 7 years old.

Office staff was very rude. The office manger Barbara was very rude and very disrespectful. Turned my kids away as I am more knowledgeable than she was in the medical field as I have 2 AAS degrees in the medical field. They do not know what HIPAA is as told out loud in the office.

I took my son to Healthy Smiles and we left after I found out their policy of not letting parents go in with their children! He was only 4! I would NEVER let my son be seen by a medical professional without me being in the room with him. Anything could happen in there from physical abuse to verbal abuse to even sexual abuse! They really are playing with fire with that policy! I will never EVER take my son there as long as that's their policy! I'm surprised that's even legal!! (IF it is!)

Can't say anything about the actual treatment. Scheduling was a hassle that included a rescheduled appointment on their part and a cancelled one that apparently was our fault because we didn't call back for a third time to confirm our appointment.
