Over the past 20 years, I've had better, kinder, and gentler treatment at First Care than from any of other doctors I've seen. I agree with the above reviewer about Dr. Kenney, and today Dr. Munshi was equally accessible and helpful. For me, it's rare to go to a doctor and feel taken care of rather than hassled or ignored while they or the nurses use their time with you to try to figure out their new software. I wish I could use First Care as my primary care doctor.

The clinic is now located at 4319 20th Street West. The staff here was professional and kind, and I was seen promptly. I saw Dr. Kenney - now, let me tell you about this guy... I know a lot of physicians from years of working in an Emergency Room, plus medical school... I think Dr. Kenney may be the most personable doctor I've ever met. I had an embarrassing medical problem, and he treated me with dignity and respect. Best of all, he came in the room making jokes, which instantly put me at ease. The other reviewer said something similar about another walk-in clinic, so I don't believe he's being truthful. Please disregard the other review.
