I can’t say enough good about Dr. Schaefer and Dr. Brad. I moved to Columbus 14 years ago and have searched all of these years for an excellent chiropractor, to no avail. Then an acquaintance recommended Dr. Schaefer and I found exactly what I had been looking for. I was in such awful pain when I first arrived. I had been to doctors, physical therapists and other chiropractors. These two doctors listen to my needs, ask questions, and then deal with my issues. They suggest exercises and stretches to do at home. Now I am back to doing my complete 1½ hour exercise program daily. Dr. Schaefer and Dr. Brad have truly improved my quality of life. Also, I get one hour massages from Justin and he’s amazing. I am fairly flexible and Justin stretches my muscles like no one else has. It is an hour of full pampering for a great price!!! To top it all off, these men so nice!! I would say sweet but guys usually get embarrassed by that :-)

Confident that all medicine is NOT created equal, nor those who practice it, the team at Essential Health & Wellness exceed expectations. After years of pain from car accidents and both collegiate and post collegiate athletics, my body had finally had enough. When I finally made the call to EHW, it was one of desperation. From my first visit to my last, they took the time to develop and follow a treatment plan that met my individual needs. If you are anything like me and have concerns based on the rumors you have heard about Chiropractors, I cannot attest to other Chiropractors. However, what I can share from my own experience is that the team at Essential Health & Wellness goes beyond the stereotypical professionalism and insightfulness one should expect from their medical practitioner. A genuine concern and passion for the total well-being of their patients, at no point will you feel as if you are simply another sheep in the herd. Going forward it is my hope that I will not need intense therapy again. Though I would be remiss not to express my immense gratitude to Dr. Schaefer and the others who have helped me in this journey. Should things not go according to my plan (because we all know this never happens) and I need any form of assistance, I can honestly say without a doubt that my first call will be to Essential Health & Wellness.

I initially went to EH&W for pain in my lower back and leg that resulted from a 100-mile bike ride. I was treated by Dr. Schaefer. His expert adjustments and the stretches he prescribed began to alleviate the pain right away. I've also had him help with my chronic neck pain. I've been to other chiropractors, but no one has been able to relieve my neck pain until Dr. Schaefer. He's extremely knowledgeable, skilled and personable. In fact, all the staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Schaefer and EH&W.

I get migraines A LOT so I decided to to see Dr. Schaefer and a couple weeks later I could feel the difference with less migraine attacks. I want to say thank you and I would recommend EH&W to anyone with back problem to migraines. They will change your life for the better!
