Recently my 80 year old mother attended this pharmacy . The middle aged female pharmacy assistant that served my mother was off hand and did not offer any additional assistance during purchases to my very frail mother who was dependent on her walking stick and did not have her correct glasses with her so struggled with using her credit card during the payment transaction. The pharmacy lady did not offer my mother a seniors discount so my 80 year mother had to ask for it. My mother sat and waited for my father to come and pick her up during which time she selected additional items to purchase from the pharmacy. When my father entered the shop and approached the counter the pharmacy assistant was VERY bright and cheerful and extremely friendly to my 80 year old father as he paid for the purchases. The inconsistency of the customer service provided was upsetting for my mother.

I have been a customer since they have opened, the staff and pharmacists are top notch, quick and friendly, and their prices are the best, how Alex Pappas got away with having the monopoly in this town is criminal, funny how not long after the new Pharmacy opened, Pappas sold up and fled town!!
