My first visit to Lower Plenty Dental today after moving to the area from Malvern. From the moment we walked in the customer service was great. I'm used to being spoken to like I'm stupid from medical receptionists (is that part of the job description?). The receptionist at Lower Plenty was lovely and gave my 10 year old daughter an iPad to play with while I filled in paperwork. Isia cleaned my teeth, she is gorgeous too, chatting away to my daughter while she did a thorough job on my teeth. I went back to reception and by chance an appointment had opened up to see Tony for some orthodontic advice for my daughter. Tony was upfront with me and said we really needed a specialist, but he took the time to explain what was going on with my daughter's teeth and has referred me on. It was such a breath of fresh air to go to Lower Plenty Dental, after going to see dentists in Toorak, the CBD and Malvern and usually feeling like I was taking up too much of everyone's time, then handing over a lot of money for the privilege. Like one of the other reviewers on here, I can't believe I am reviewing a dentist. But I have decided that great service should be acknowledged. I have a few negative reviews about a dentist in Toorak, but would prefer to acknowledge the good rather than rant about the poor performers out there. Highly recommended!

On my second visit tony was right on time and exuded confidence, I was most happy with my treatments and look forward to my new years appointments to get my new plate Thanks to all staff

I have been going here for over 2 years now. Great service, friendly staff, Anna is the best! I feel like every time I go here it is no fuss and they always do a great job. I have moved away from the area but I won't change dental surgeries.

First visit this morning to this clinic and was extremely satisfied with the service provided. Very warm and friendly staff. Extremely professional and helpful dentist. Will definitely be returning!
