First time at this place to see a dentist. The staff are helpful and polite, but their IT system seems to create a lots of problems. Their PC was not working and the receptionist was so busy trying to fix it because they could not contact IT support, they forgot about the patient waiting. Anyway another issue is their booking system is not good, as it sends an sms about confirmed appointments which are not really confirmed. And it is not possible to reply to the sms to confirm either. I explained this to the staff and they politely told me that they have given this feedback to head office and have not seen any action. The dentist was good and I would recommend them, but be careful when making appointments to check they are actually confirmed.
