When this clinic first opened it was nice and convenient. Since they have been accepting new patients the service has taken a turn. The receptionists, friendly as they are, can't seem to keep up with the Dr's hours. I had 2 cancellations for my meet and greet because of confusion with the Dr's hours. On my initial consult, the Dr. basically dismissed my prior Rx history without hearing or understanding my story in full. But it's close and convenient and clean when it's not crazy busy. They charge $80 to administer a shot there. $80! That's more than double most other clinics in town. Go to Safeway and get them done for $20.

The people who work there are very nice and work extemely hard, but there appears to be a lack of communication and organization that seems to occur with newer clinics until they work the bugs out. Also, if you call in and it's busy, you are disconnected after a message instread of put on hold. I have to keep calling and calling to get through on the phone, which is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Also, if I have a prescription, they send it through to the pharmacy that is attached, which is convenient UNLESS I want to go to a different pharmacy closer to my home.
