I have not been to this dentists office, however I have had a small experience with their reception, and if patient treatment is reflected at all by this woman's courtesy, I would never take the chance. I simply called to find out appointment availability and their location, but had to leave a message since they were on lunch. When I received the return phone call, she was extremely rude to my company's receptionist, saying she didn't know who called and how was she supposed to return phone calls without a name? When I left my message, I left both my first and last name to ensure I was the person to be called back. When I finally spoke to her, she was extremely unhelpful, and seemed annoyed by the fact she had to talk to me at all.
