My doctor is Dr. Cheung and he is awesome! He takes his time with you and isn't rushed. You can tell he truly cares. What I don't like about this clinic is their front staff. They are rude and could be friendlier at times - in person and over the phone. I feel like they don't care. I hope they get replaced by real healthcare professionals who cares about the patients, better yet who loves their job. I wouldn't return to this clinic if it wasn't for Dr. Cheung's care. Thanks Dr. Cheung!!

I don't know why the staff always insist on being so unpleasant, but I think I'm going to have to find a new doctor because of it. They work like, 5 hours a day and they're THIS miserable? And not just once, EVERY time I've been they are so rude and condescending. It can't be that hard to find glorified secretaries that they can't just fire the lot of them and give their jobs to people who will actually APPRECIATE them. Those women should be bill collectors, not dealing with people who just want medical treatment without rudeness and bad attitudes and unprofessional conduct.
