Our experience at the Azarko Dental Group has been very positive. We were treated very well at the Westend Clinic. Things were organized when we got there and ran on time considering they take emergency dental patients as well. The kids are now well into their Invisalign journey and they are surprisingly keeping up with the maintenance of the trays and their teeth. Explanations of how the program works, how things will be billed to us and how things coordinate with our benefits plan are always clarified very well. Anytime we have had any issues with the group benefits, the Clinic has taken care of the problem immediately for us. All the follow-up visits have been very much appreciated as we have not just been left alone to wonder about what to do. We go in every 4-6 weeks to have their teeth checked on and to make sure they are on track with the treatment. Both of my kids were recommended by our regular dentist to get braces. So we did our due diligence and went to the Orthodontist and received our estimates and decided not to proceed with the outrageous cost and procedure that they were recommending. That made us a little wary of orthodontics! But as luck would have it, we contacted the Azarko Dental group to see about getting Invisalign for the kids instead of traditional braces. It was the best decision for both of them. The Invisalign is much more reasonably priced and the process is definitely more appealing to young adults who have an "image" to uphold and social activities to be a part of! They are stress-free to maintain and the progression is easy to follow. Thank-you Dr. Azarko and your teams at the West End and the Southside Offices!

My Daughter Rachel had Invisalign orthodontics with Dr Azarko and we are thrilled with the results. Invisalign was so easy for her and no one even knew she was wearing them. Dr Azarko and the staff are wonderful and we appreciated Dr Azarko's expertise in orthodontics. Invisalign is amazing and I would recommend anyone to Azarko Dental Group for all their dental needs.

Wonderful location and staff! This was the first office to pick up the phone when I tried to find a dentist who could take me the same day. They were courteous and very friendly. I didn't even have time to sit in the waiting room as they were right on time and had me in and out when promised! Dr. Zhang was quick and professional. Joan was very knowledge and offered more than most hygienists do; it is easy to tell she loves her job. Keep up the great work.

I wanted a tooth extracted that was causing me pain, however the dentist didn't understand how it could be the tooth I said it was an explained to me that infection would cause the pain to 'refer' elsewhere. After he pulled the tooth he said it was, he said I wouldn't need antibiotics because there was no infection- and my mouth hurt 10x more than when I went in! Then he said I would need a bridge, saying it was only about $3600. I said no as that is ALOT of money, he gave me a 'disgusted' look and tried to sell again. I said No, that this is Canada I would just say I lost it playing hockey or something, (I crack jokes when I am uncomfortable). Then he said I would probably need that tooth done anyway, the one I said in the beginning was causing me pain. I called 2 days later after taking a fair amount of advil because I was still in more pain than before I went there, even in my ear and upper cheekbone towards my eye. I didn't want to see the same dentist though, as I was NOT happy with him. So after paying a SECOND exam and xray fee, I am given antibiotics- because it looks like there might be infection. It has been five days since- and my mouth, ear and cheek are still throbbing in pain. As I went to this clinic on a friends recommendation I can quite honestly say I probably wouldn't even try a restaurant my friend recommends now.

I went to this office and my experience(s) were amazing!! I am 22 years of age and of all the years I have been going to dentists they could not recognize that I had an issue with my bite and that I have a unique case. My dentist and the assistants there were just amazing! It was filled with positive energy. I also had my dentist take the time to discuss what was going on in my mouth and made sure I left with a full understanding. I left feeling like I was in good hands. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a new dentist or whatnot ( if needed be of course) YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! : )
