My insurance was unwilling to pay for the cost of a root canal so I came to this clinic with the hope of having my tooth filled without one in order to keep the tooth for as long as possible. My last clinic refused to do that for me for unknown reasons and this clinic refused as well. Dr. Ngai claimed that it was "unethical" to apply a filling without a root canal. Personally I consider it unethical not to do as much for a patient as possible. All that they did do was place a temporary filling which did little to protect my tooth. Eventually the tooth broke and the only thing that they could offer was to remove it. If they knew my insurance wouldn't pay for the root canal, why wasn't it just removed if this would've been the eventual outcome anyway? A permanent filling would've at least improved my chances of keeping the tooth instead of wasting my time prolonging the problem with constant visits to repair the temp filling. Continuing to remain with this clinic is unethical. Kim, my regular doctor, is the only good thing that I have to say about this clinic. She did what she could. Unfortunately she wasn't the person who made the decision not to fill my tooth. Best wishes to her.

I have only been taking my kids here for a short while but the staff and dentists here are great. My kids love them, they make them feel right at home. I highly recommend this dentist if you are nervous about seeing one or just want a friendly place to have your teeth looked after. They take excellent care and are very informative about what they are doing and even why.
