I have Lived in Agassiz for about a year and a half now. One day about a week after moving here I had a prescription to fill and walked into Remedy's RX and met Mohamed and his staff. They were so nice and welcoming. I was helped right away and my script was ready within 5 minutes. Mohamed went over all the details of my script and really took the time to make sure I understood and thanked me. I felt that walking in there I was really treated with great respect and not like just another customer. I felt like I was important and almost like when you walk into a friends house, like a guest. Since then I have been going to Mohamed at Remedy's for all my prescriptions and pharmacy needs. I have always been greeted by name when I walk in the door, Mohamed is always there to answer any questions or concerns I may have. Once In the Summer of 2013 I was soo ill and weak I could hardly walk into town. I was waiting to see the doctor across the street at the walk in clinic and I walked over to the pharmacy and Mohamed let me sit down there in the air conditioning and even brought be over a cold ginger ale free of charge and made sure I was doing ok. Again I had run out of an important prescription this spring and Mohamed called over to my doctor, faxed him a request and made sure everything worked out when I couldn't get in on time to see the doc. At Christmas time Mohamed and his staff gave me a nice box of chocolates and wished me any my family a Merry Christmas. I feel like Mohamed is an exceptional pharmacist. He genuinely shows that he cares for his customers and he takes the time to make each one of us feel appriciated. Its like walking into a friends place when you go to pick up a script. I have never felt like just a customer and I will never shop anywhere else.

I had gone to Harrison Hot Springs Resort for the last leg of the 12 day trip my husband and I had made in to the interior and woke up and made the dirve in to Aggassiz to Shoppers Drug Mart where I had always gone while there. The pharmacist would not fill my prescription because he said too much time had elapsed since it had been given to me. I asked him to call his manager, whom I had become friendly with as it seemed this pharmacist was new, however he was totally rude and said he would not. I went to the end of the street and noticed this pharmacy was going to be opening soon, I saw the pharmacist there and THOUGH HE WAS NOT OPEN YET HE STILL LET ME IN TO HELP ME, he was extremely friendly and kind and I would never dream of going anywhere else from now on. THIS PHARMACIST GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR HIS CLIENTS, which I witnessed with the gentleman he was helping shortly after I got there as well!
