My experience was very comfortable, they didn’t rush me or push me to get my glasses there after my initial visit and receiving my prescription. Jasmeen was very helpful in explaining the different types and costs of the lens, and coatings. Amanda was also very helpful once I was ready to purchase frames, and afterward really came through for me and changed the arm tips on the frames we had picked as they were hurting my ears. Great crew!

i received the worst customer service from this location. I called about rescheduling my appointment for my daughter and the receptionist on the phone was a fee to cancel. But i wasn cancelling i was simply changing to a different time. I then mentioned i would call back to confirm if i needed to change it. I then went all the way to this centre and the receptionist ended up removing my appointment completely. Unacceptable. I was upset that not only she did that but she didnt even reschedule me, she just completely took me off. it took me like 45 mins to drive out there and the doctor even left for the day. Such an inconvenience and the worst customer service experience by far.
