I have had poor dental hygiene in the past and was very nervous at my first dentist appointment in many years. I am new to Prince George and had made an appointment at the dental office closest to my house. Boy, was I ever pleasantly surprised! The office is very modern looking and super high-tech. All my paper work was filled out on a computer terminal and the receptionists were very helpful. I was then brought in immediately by the dental hygienist. She was the best part of the visit. I informed her that I was nervous and she did her best to let me know that I didn't need to worry. She wasn't condescending or overly critical. She even did her best to alleviate my discomfort during the scalping process. I can't say enough nice things about her. I believe her name was Jennifer (that's what the plaques on the wall said anyway). The dentist was gentle and very pleasant as well. I have to come back to get more work done but I'm not nervous at all! Superb dental team. One down side: From my limited experience it was a bit on the pricey end. They have to pay for all that fancy equipment somehow! If you can afford it/have good insurance I *highly* recommend Keystone Dental Centre.
