Had a very negative experience with this pharmacy filling my prescription. They charged me for my full supply of medication, while only supplying the amount they had in stock (1/3 of what I needed). They assured me the remainder would be in soon, but it repeatedly failed to arrive when promised. Unable to obtain the remainder of what was owed to me, they made no effort to call nearby pharmacies and obtain my medicine. Each time I called, a different person was on shift, and I had to re-explain the problem. Ultimately, I had to give them the name and phone number of a nearby pharmacy who had the medicine in stock. When I called the Pharmasave Corporate office with my grievance, they took my name, promised to call me back within 48 hours, and failed to do so. I'm moving my business elsewhere. Some of the worst customer service I have ever had.
