Not to bad actually, one person ahead of me waited about 5 mins before both the patient ahead and I were called in at the same time to different rooms maybe a 5minute wait from there, the doc was quiet but nice, yes he used a drop down menu on a computer but asked me if I was allergic to anthing and what was nessecary gave me my prescription and less then 24 hrs later feeling more then 50% better already! Follow up in 2 days :-) Strep thrat not a pleasure!

I went to Ironwood Medical Clinic once and I am definitely not returning. I was told by the reception that the waiting time is about 45 mins to an hour which I told them I would return in that time. After returning in 45 mins, I waited another 45 mins before I politely asked the receptionist how much longer I have to wait. I was told to "take a seat". After another half hour, I wondered up to ask about receptionist of an update, she told me I was next up. However, I was not the next person on her list. After another 10 mins, 3 patients after, it was finally my turn. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism the receptionist showed and lack of management by this clinic. I understand that sometimes wait times can not be promised but telling false promises and showing bad attitudes towards patients is not acceptable.

I had to wait for an hour an a half even with an appointment and the doctor didn't even use gloves to check my infection...he just poked it with his hand lol.
