Definitely lost my business! Was in there today with their "newspaper coupon", went to buy a 2 for 1 item and was told it could not be honoured as it was a "sale" price. I was surprised, as the ad did not state that. Got "attitude" from the cashier. So after my sale, I went to the pharmacy to speak to someone about not getting the two for one, as they advertise. Only to once again "get attitude" saying that the ad clearly states "not on sale items"... however, there is no where on the coupon it says that, however, they would not even bother dealing with me, instead walking away. The sad part is, I changed over my prescriptions to Nolans in order to shop "local"... to support a locally owned company, however, it seems that the service there continues to get worse. Well, it's back to the big box store for me... believe it or not, much better customer service and lower prices!!! I may have only shopped at Nolan's once or twice a week, and got my monthly prescriptions there.. so not a big fish... but one that is swimming somewhere else. I rate Nolans with EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
