I've been shopping here for about 10 years (starting back when it was an IGA), and for ten years this grocery store has consistently provided the most efficient and courteous service I've ever encountered in a grocery store. They appear to have a remarkably low staff turnover (which is awesome, because I've grown so fond of dealing with so many of the people there over the years), and the courtesy and smiles are always genuine. The food is fresh, the shelves are always well stocked, the store is always clean, the lines are short and move quickly. What more could you want?
