After a terrible experience with another hearing clinic, meeting Jim Selinger was a relief and provided hope. His second opinion on the issues at hand were incredibly helpful. The consultation and hearing test were for a friend of mine who is an older adult and she was grateful for the way the consult was handled and how truly kind Mr. Selinger is. You can tell he has a passion for what he does and the respect he displays is commendable. The front desk staff person was also very friendly and respectful. I recommend anyone requiring any type of hearing service to visit this centre, even if it means a trek across the city!
