If not for the horrible front end office staff at this office, I would still be a patient. (was a patient for 25 years) They are so rude and impolite and make you feel so unwelcome, it's a wonder he hasnt gotten more complaints! Everytime I went there, there was never any hello or greeting of any kind, you just stand there like an idiot until they are finished their non-work related conversation between the 2 of them. Then you get a look meaning "what do you want". I cannot say enough about DR Richard himself but to be honest, going to the dentist is costly and sometimes scary enough as it is, I prefer to go somewhere I'm a little more welcomed.
