I worked with Sarah for eight months while she was in school and it is an understatement to say she helped me! When I came to her I was having weekly migraines that would last 1-3 days, I was upset, frustrated and dealing with back pain I've had my whole life. When she graduated I was migraine free and pain free most of the time, depending on how much time I spent at my desk;) What separates Sarah from the other chiropractors I've been to is her understanding and dedication to looking at the body holistically instead of in isolated pieces. She takes time to learn about you and what is going on in your life to better understand your aches and pains and she is open to learning and researching in order provide better health care. Needles to say I'm thinking about relocating closer to Elmira Family Chiropractic so I can continue working with a great practitioner! Thanks Sarah and good luck with your new practice!

Thom and Sarah are passionate and knowledge professionals, and would take the time to get to know you and build a trusting relationship with their patients. I've been receiving treatment on my lower back from Thom, and he had made a real noticeable difference in my mobility. It was also a joy talking to Thom and getting to hear his thoughts on a range of health topics from how to properly lift weights to how to tune your bicycle to reduce spine injuries!
