I'm pretty sure that I could have induced a panic attack when I used to think of going to the dentist. But now I sincerely say that I actually LOVE (not even LIKE) going to the dentist - and it's all because of Dr. Vyas and his staff! From the moment I walk in, I feel like I am going to hang out and share some laughs with old friends knowing that I will I leave with a genuine smile in my heart and, if I can, on my face. I've been terrified of going to the dentist after a horrendous experience of a (former) dentist drilling into a tooth that was not frozen; Dr. Vyas and his team ALWAYS make sure that I am MORE than comfortable before doing anything. They talk me through everything and handle my anxiety like it's nothing (even when I know I am being complete pain in the bottom!). My favorite things about Dr. Vyas is his optimism. I have been to a million dentists who leave me with a treatment plan the length of Santa's List. Dr. Vyas is so optimistic and hopeful. I've found that I take better care of my teeth than ever and I literally have pride in my smile. I trust everyone at this Dawson Dental location 100000% and if that is not enough, I drive 2 hours just to see them. I LOVE MY DENTIST'S OFFICE!!!

After being covered by my parents' insurance for the majority of my life, I turned 25 and found that I had to use my coverage through university for the first time. My school offered a 25% discount at dentists on the Spencer Health Network, so I made an appointment at Dawson Dental in Waterloo. I've been going to the same dentist in Kitchener for years, so I was more than a little apprehensive. All of my communication with Dawson was pleasant and courteous, whether on the phone or through email. When I showed up for my appointment, I got in to see my hygienist Amanda very quickly. She was GREAT! She did a great job cleaning and polishing my teeth (and doing an oral cancer screening, which was half off!) and I was in and out of there in 45 minutes flat. The people who work there are so nice, the interior is lovely and very comfortable, and the Food Network was on during my appointment (which might seem cruel considering you can't eat or drink for 30 minutes after your appointment!) - all awesome things. The best part? I loved the little dental goody bag. Toothbrush, mouthwash, toothbrush cap for travelling, floss, toothpaste. I'm seriously considering switching dentists because of the fantastic treatment I received at Dawson!!!

Dawson Dental and their staff have been a very positive experience over the past 2 years since starting my Invisalign treatment. Leanne and Clivia and the front dest staff are very friendly and quick to resolve any issues that may arise. Also my time with Emily and Crystal has always been great and a positive change from other dental appts I have had in the past at another dentist. I will continue to go to Dawson Dental and Dr Vyes after my treatment is finished and would definitely recommend them to others.

I stopped in to book a cleaning. Clivia had my cleaning started in 1/2 an hour. Just before having the cleaning I told Leeann I was looking to get a couple of crowns done. Leeann scheduled it for right after my cleaning was done. Great job. I started dealing with Dawson Dental, because they were open Saturdays. I stay for the great service, & friendly staff.

Very happy with Dawson Dental on Northfield. I love the reminder calls and emails as I'm generally a pretty forgetful person! I only wish they had wifi though :)
