WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Zoe, Alex and Avery were the most unpleasant people there! They did not want to help at all! I had bought an item as a gift, and after 3 days I was trying to return it. They kept saying they DO NOT ACCEPT ELECTRONICS for returns! It is not stated on the receipt. "Retain receipt for return within 30days." They shouldn't be in customer service! It felt like they just put 16 year olds as manager so they can treat customers like crap and boss people around! PLEASE CHANGE YOUR MANAGEMENT!!! And HIRE MATURE managers who actually are willing to help a customer out with a problem instead of making them feel worse about their purchase.
