Missed an appointment to register, called the practice to rebook and was told I couldn't because they had "closed the books to NHS patients". Receiptionist highly unhelpful and rude and refused to let me rebook an appointment with them unless I wanted to register as a private patient. Considering the excellent orthodontic treatment I have had at the John Radcliffe Hospital, all for free, these people give the NHS a bad name. Don't go near them!
