I wanted to write a little something about the Helping Hand Practice. A great name for a wonderfully professional practice and they were certainly more than just a helping hand. It was a terrifying experience for me when my back went into spasm and Richard was immediately calming, informative, professional and gave me the knowledge and courage to get better and stronger with treatments and exercises. Really don't know what I would have done without them. Highly recommend.

The guys at the Helping Hand Practice are very friendly and professional. Time was taken to explain what seemed to be the problem with my back and a route to recovery was formulated, including treatment, exercises and stretches. A great outcome, thoroughly recommended.
