The most dreadful customer service it has ever been my displeasure to endure. Rude and pushy to the point of bullying. I would never buy anything from any Vision Express, I would rather have my eyes plucked out by crows.

I had a very thorough eye test, I would not go anywhere else again. My glasses which I desperately needed were ready within the hour. They have a good collection off frames at reasonable prices.

Brilliant service! Just fabulous... would recommend over any other optician I have ever been to. Staff brilliant from the top Management to shop floor. Trained in the highest level of customer service.
