I joined EDHT just over a year ago after not visiting a dentist for over two years. My regular dentist had retired and my ever present fear stopped me from finding a new dentist. I finally found the courage to make an appointment, and immediately wished I had done it two years ago! The whole experience from my initial consultation, examination, x-rays, subsequent visits and treatment has always been in a professional but relaxed atmosphere, I am made to feel welcome from the minute I walk through the door and that in turn helps to calm my nervousness. Everything is explained to me in detail, and I have been given a plan of recommended treatment to be carried out when I feel ready. I am part way through my plan but felt the benefit after my very first treatment. Special thanks to Richard, Katharine and Sharon; your professionalism, patience and support mean my confidence is growing with every visit. I would thoroughly recommend EDHT to anyone looking for a great dental practice, you will not be disappointed. I would also like to wish Richard and his team all the very best for continued success.

For over 60 years I feared dental check-ups (but kept a regular 6-monthly routine). My apprehensions largely melted away soon after I became a patient of EDHT - reassurance and a personal approach to each individual by the practitioners and staff has never wavered. After recent treatment I received a phonecall enquiring whether, after a week, all was well; I had never before received such a follow-up after my visits to other dentists.
