The most incomprehensibly unorganised dental surgery in the world. Appointments are always getting cancelled on the last minute, and when you call to rearrange they give you a random date anywhere around 9 months in the future. If you phone a few days later, they quite often magically have something after a month or two. No priortisation, no proper queue system. Makes me sick. Unfortunately, I can't get accepted anywhere else. Awful.

Always sorted us out well as a family group, but now for the first time in years I needed emergency treatments on an old filling that decided to call it a day. I got a next day appointment, and the whole thing was quick and efficient and costed far less than I thought. They are strict with the appointment system but this works for us all - keeps everything running smoothly for those of us who are organised!!

Great with children and very understanding. Not had any bad experiences myself other than trying to get through on the phone, always busy!
