I unexpectedky had to go to A&E on Tuesday evening (30th December), sent by my GP. I was triaged within about 30 minutes. Staff were so kind I was seen quickly and admitted to a ward despite seeing that they were under pressure on all fronts! Well done and thank you so much.

Horrible staff, unhelpful, no proper explanation left with the impression they couldn't care less. Go to Frimley Park if possible much better service all round.

Yesterday (08/08/2012) I underwent a Prostate Template Biopsy under general anaesthetic. This was conducted in the ESU (Elective Surgery Unit), I arrived in the morning and went home the same evening. A big thank you to all the staff, every single one of the team - happy smiley faces, very accommodating and patient, often in difficult circumstances. Well done to you all. The food was good too.
