I have had a great experience with Woodlands Hospital, they are extremely attentive, caring and professional. You will notice from the point of arrival what with the warmness and efficiency of their staff that you are in great hands, the enviroment is comfortable and immaculate, the waiting area (not that you wait at all) has a great ambience, very comfortable with fantastic facilities like tea and coffee. For private healthcare they are a must.

Have had nothing but grief for the last 5 months from Woodlands - forgetting to call me, referrals to staff on annual leave, long term sick, rearranging my app then cancelling it. Just an absolute shambles - I'm still waiting to be treated after my initial consultation in January - it is now the end of June! Would advise people to stay clear of this place.
