Calm, quiet gentle care. No fussing, just extremely competent dentistry. This practice has been looking after our teeth for over ten years. Wonderful....

Very good and very helpful

You take your three year-old boy to the dentist for the first time. Instead of being fussed over he's ignored by both dentist and nurse as he stands on his own watching his mummy getting her check-up. Went its his turn he's unsurprisingly reluctant to sit on the chair. So instead of gentle encouragement to help this tiny child understand the benefits of clean and healthy teeth, the dentist says angrily, "well how am I ever going to be able to drill or fill his teeth if we can't even get him in the chair? I have other patients waiting you know". Mr Stainer, shame on you, you're a disgrace to dentistry.
