I am currently undergoing treatment with Mr Neil Watson. I am a nervous patient and did not know what to expect but on meeting him and his staff I was immediately put at ease. Everyone is friendly, helpful and totally professional. All the treatment options were explained to both myself and my husband (who came to hold my hand) and all our many questions answered with patience and understanding. I needed a permanent solution to three very dodgy front teeth so discussed implants.The costs and procedures were set out for us to take away and absorb. There was absolutely no pressure to proceed.The practise appreciated this was all new to us. Every stage of the treatment has been explained to the minutest detail. With Mr Watson, you can feel his passion and desire to put some smiles back into his patients' lives.His wife and the staff have the same enthusiasm and commitment. They are all genuinely interested in everyone. In my case I haven't smiled for years but know that is about to change.

I have just completed my treatment at Mossley Dental Care and would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to have their teeth straightened. I was treated by Mr Daniel Winston and right from the start I found him and all the staff at Mossley Dental Care to be welcoming, friendly and highly professional. My teeth were very misaligned and and the two front top teeth crossed over, something which I have been very self conscious about all my adult life. When I attended the initial consultation Mr Winston gave me a very detailed assessment and explanation of the treatment required, there was no hard sell and I was given time to think it through and make an informed decision. He made me very aware of what was involved and the likely time-scale and I attended regularly for brace adjustments and treatment. To be perfectly honest I never imagined that it was possible to achieve the results that I have and I only wish that I had done this years ago. My family are as delighted as I am with the outcome. If you are reading this then it is likely that you may be considering going to Mossley Dental Care - all that I can say is I would highly recommend them and I am positive you won't regret going to see them. The only downside I have found is that I now have to learn to show my teeth when smiling, something that I have avoided doing all my adult life!!!!

I had not been to a dentist for two years following a bad experience with my previous dentist. Due to receding gums several of my teeth were very loose and one was so bad a large portion of the root was on show. I was very conscious of this and decided to visit several practices to see what if anything could be done. I was terrified of going to another dentist and eventually plucked up courage to search the Internet and found amongst others Mossley Dental Care. I sat outside for 10 minutes trying to pluck up courage to go in. I am so glad that I did as Neil Watson has changed my life. That sounds dramatic but it is true. Neil and his staff were so friendly and attentive that after my first consultation I knew that I did not want to consider any other practice. The suggested course of treatment was fully explained to me and any questions I had, no matter how silly were fully answered. I was provided with a quote for the treatment and at no time was I put under any pressure to accept it. Without hesitation I agreed to go ahead. I knew that it was going to be a long process as in order for the implants to work I needed some gum replacement treatment. This month the new me is one year old and I have not had one problem. I have,as a result become a much more confident person. I work in a customer service environment and prior to my treatment I tried to avoid contact with customers as I was so self-conscious but not any more ! I know that this is a long review but choosing the right dentist is a big decision especially if you are a nervous patient and if my review helps to but your mind at rest it has been worth the time you have taken to read it. I can assure you that Mossley Dental Care is a caring close-knit practice. The staff are wonderful, friendly, understanding and reassuring. I feel that as a patient I am now part of their family!

I found Mossley Dental Care after searching the web looking for someone who could deal with a very nervous patient. I hadn't been to a dentist for over ten years due to a couple of bad experiences at previous dentist's, but due to the deteriating state of my teeth making it difficult to eat I had to do something. I read some reviews and made an appointment for a consultation, the receptionist I spoke to when I first phoned was very understanding and sorted me out an appointment with Mr Daniel Winston. In that first consultation Mr Winston listened to my concerns and fears, he then looked at my teeth and went through a plan of action with me. Everything was done at my pace, I ended up needing a couple of extractions, fillings and some root canal work. Each visit Mr Winston explained what we would be doing and making sure I was ok, the treatment I then received was 1st class. I never experienced any pain or discomfort during my treatments and I have now finished my treatment plan. I would highly recommend this Dental Practice to any nervous patients, from Mr Winston to his assistants and reception team everyone was knowledgable and very friendly and made this very nervous patient into someone who now doesn't fear visiting the Dentist.

Following my free consultation, i was given all the facts in detail with no rush and no pressure. Finally feeling confident, happy with the price and the way i was treated by all the staff, i felt this was the dental practice for me. It proved to be the best decision i had made in years. After 10 months of treatment my braces have just been removed and the results are amazing. Smiling and laughing without wondering what people are thinking about my teeth has made it all worth while. I can highly recommend Mr Winstons practice and all the staff there . I travelled a 40 mile round trip to each appointment such was the feeling that i was going to receive the best treatment and that was certainly the case..a huge thank you to all at the practice.
