Theyve a brilliant new Iris optician there who realy knows his stuff!

popped in to have a repair on my glasses, not even bought from this shop and I made it clear that they were from some where else. Nasal clip had broken, lady in the shop took them away for a few minutes and brought them back with two new clips to match, alighned them on my nose, and did it for free...top service. friendly, and not trying to sell me new glasses like vision express...

Been excellent in handling my transition to contact lenses.

Allready had a set of frames and with a NHS voucher were going to charge £30 to reframe. I refused. Walked down to optical express and they did it for free. The optician that examined my eyes gave me NO information about my eye sight examination, if it was better or worse, didn't even expalin my presription to me, was more interested in pointing me in the direction of frames to look at even thou i had said i allready have a set of frames! If she was a doctor she would have been neglgant in her duty of care and explaining her findings. I question their proffesionalism and there service was shockingly poor.
