I had a bad experience with a Grimsby Dentist removing too many teeth under NHS, for profit. I have been with this dentist for quite a few years. I am completely astounded by the lengths this practise goes to ensure the experience of a visit to the dentist goes well for young, old or disabled. My stepson is disabled and his experience is first class even treating him in his wheelchair. We have both seen present and past Dentists and have had the same expert treatment at this practise, well done.
clean, friendly and professional, i did not have a dentist until i needed emergency treatment and went to this one and was offered NHS treatment as they had a number of vacancies on there list so i jumped at the chance. Treatment wise what can i say? I have overcome my fear of the dentist at this practice which i think speaks for itself, they do look after you and are very understanding, i highly recomend them.
Very good service. I was booked in on a Sunday as an emergency. I have my own dentist but as it was a weekend I had to access the emergency service which is run from this practice. I looked on google for postcode of practice before my appointment and was worried about going after I read the two reviews. I have posted this review as I completely disagree with all the other reviews say. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the practice clean and tidy and the nurse and lady English dentist I saw could not have been nicer and more caring. I was seen on time and had an injection and a tooth extracted as I had had severe pain for a few days. There were no problems and I didn't feel a thing, I could hardly believe the tooth had been removed. I am very pleased with the treatment I recieved, all staff were caring and very professional. I would have no hesitation in returning.
I went into this clinic for a simple procedure, which was non invasive (No local anaesthetic) I was booked in through emergency service. A temporary cap was put on a tooth that I considered to be rotten. It was broken in several places with half complete treatment (My own fault) I had to return 3 days later with extreme pain. Now I have an infection. I returned a day later and was given antibiotics (too late as the infection had gone to my ear) I have had to go to casualty and am going out of town for dental treatment as this clinic's paying practise is the only one taking on patients-no suprirse there, One particlular piece of equipment (non invasive) was filthy. One receptionist is a frosty old bird even to paying customers I was invited to be a paying client but Ithink I not. Each time I have visited this place I have left with 10 times more pain. Try and avoid or go for complete extraction. This place wants inspecting by the BDA.
My Partner went for an emergency visit with infected gum. She don't have her own destist. The dentist who was treating her was the worst person i heard about when my girlfriend wanted to point him when she got pain he grab her arm pushed it and then stab her in the hurting gum saying that it is because she was showing him where the problem is. So instead of helping to realese the pain he made it worse, the gum was still bleeding and strongly aching after few hours from visit. I think this dentist needs some help from psychrist. I am not sure what to do, but I will make some complain to NHS. AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!!!!
