Good selection of shoes and boots, and staff that actually know something. Lovely old style shop in fact. The repair service was average though for what I wanted.

Excellent service from Mr French ! My Son has scoliosis and many problems with his feet plus Special Needs but he's never moaned about his feet hurting because Mr French always finds the right shoes that last fit him perfectly !

We intend to travel to this store after a recommendation from Laura at the Shoe fitters association - if their telephone manner is anything to go by then I think it will be a good days work - my son has a need for extra wide fitting shoes - Richard the owner was very helpful and patient with my difficulty and i am crossing my fingers he can help - i will post back after our visit next week - wish us luck ;)
