I came initially with a sharp pain, needle-like, on top of which rested the majority of my spine. I’d woken one morning in October in excruciating pain that made me feel like one wrong move and I’d be paralysed, I did a little research and found The Complete Chiropractic in town, soon after. I was dealt with fast and smoothly as it was apparent to François and his Receptionist I was in pain. My first appointment on a Friday involved a few simple manoeuvres using the bench I lay on. After a long nap I couldn’t move my spine but I could still feel everything. I didn’t mind too much as I had been warned that the resetting process will wake up the surrounding muscles etc. which might feel temporarily worse as the body adjusts accordingly. The next day, I felt pretty good. My bones were already getting the right idea but I still had the sharp pain. It didn’t feel like I was going to break so easily. It took some time for the sharp sensation to dull down to nothing, but now I experience occasional bearable back ache usually after sleeping in an odd position. Being a complete chiropractic, my neck and shoulder problems are mostly gone. My ankles, knees, hips, spine, shoulders, neck, elbows and wrists have vitality and complete range or movements. My sprained thumb has had what seems like magic done to it to restore most of my flexibility with much less pain. François is a complete gentleman who meets all concerns with reassurance and further information. He is professional yet will go above and beyond when necessary. I even trust him when it feels as though he is about to twist my skull off my neck. I’d recommend his service to everyone, as you don’t need to be in pain to benefit from it. Laura

Chiropractic treatment was recommended to me by a friend and I found complete chiropractic throughout a groupon voucher. I had three accidents which had caused lower back injuries and whiplash injuries to my neck. I had regular massages and had also had physiotherapy, however, was still limited in the things I could do and on permanent medication. Other practitioner has advised that these were things I had to accept but in my mid-twenties I didn't want to accept that. complete chiropractic gave me hope. I had to admit that I was a bit sceptical about whether treatment would really make the difference I was looking for, but approx 2 years of treatment, I am now off the medication and can do all the things that I couldn't before without pain and limitations caused by that. I would totally invest in in chiropractic treatment with complete chiropractic - they are realistic, friendly and aware of the cost and time input treatment costs and happy to work with you to enable you to manage that and get better. I've had a lifetime of bad posture and not looking after my back and when the pain started I was hoping chiropractic would be the solution. I tried a couple of places with little success which just focused on pain relief rather than fixing the problem. Complete chiropractic have been much more comprehensive, identifying the source of the problem and working systematically to get it sorted. I'm well on the road to recovery now, my posture has improved significantly and the pain is much better. There is years of bad habits to undo and Francois and the team are helping me to do that!
