This dental practise has no regard what so ever for its customers. I signed up with these people because they were taking on NHS customers but I honestly wish I hadn't. No consistency to their practise, alway keeping you waiting, cancelling appointments, changing staff who carry out the detal work at the drop of a hat with no explanation. They dragged my treatment out over 3 months and then had the nerve to try to charge me again because they said that 3 months was the limit for treatment, even though they were the ones cancelling the appointments. Absolute shower. I strongly suggest you don't step foot in their practise.
