Most unhelpful people. We went to Mr Seton's surgery for my appointment and found it locked up. No notice of where he had gone. The phone number dead. How hard would it be to put a notice inside the window saying where he had gone? Not pointed out in my appointment letter from Dentalcare that he had moved. When I called Dentalcare they admitted that Mr Seton had joined them but said it was not their responsibility to tell patients anything about him moving and that I was "rude" for suggesting otherwise.
