The care given to my Nan on CCU Ward F was terrific, I cant praise all the staff enough, especially as we were on holiday at the time she fell ill. If only all the hospitals in the UK had this level of care and first rate attitude of the nurses

Nurses and doctors took great care of my elderly Dad during his many admissions to Crosshouse in the last year of his life. He was treated as an individual and with great dignity. Thank you.

I think you should appreciate that they are BUSY and have other patients to take care of and SOMETIMES that just maybe other people have more pressing emegencies to be attended to!!! great hospital and the last comment should be completely ignored!

Nice hospital

Staff are overworked, unprepared and undervalued it seems by some. Unfortunately I have be a regular but have NEVER found anyone less than I would expect. However they do not have the resources to do all they want, don't blame them, blame the government that sets ever reducing budgets
