Been going to New Row Dental Practice for a number of years now and have nothing but good things to say about it. My whole family attend here and have done since around 2008. Ample parking or easy access via public transport. All staff (and I do mean all) are welcoming, friendly and professional. I have a young son who is always keen to go and see his dentist "Joseph", sits for him in the chair no problem and Joseph is very kind and friendly with him. The waiting area is open and relaxing, there's toys and books for the kids as well. The treatment rooms are always clean and you really do feel in safe hands. They use a text message system so you don't forget about your appointments and don't hammer you with unfair charges if you have to break an appointment. This has been my dentist for the last year. I got on the list very quickly as they were taking new NHS patients at the time. Never have to wait long in the reception to be seen. The reception are friendly, and my dentist very proficient.

Great Dental Practice! All staff are friendly and helpful. I am not keen on attending the dentist but felt at ease during my treatment. My dentist spent time explaining the treatment to me and told me what to expect. Great customer service!

After 14 years of not attending a dentist i was given plenty of time to explain my fears and at no time did i feel uncomfortable in the surgery. It is the first time I have had injections that I didn't feel !!! that has to be a good thing. I was also meant to have an extraction and a filling but the dentist realised after the extraction that i had had enough for one day and she decided that I should get the filling another time. I can't say my fears are totally cured but I certainly can attend the dentist now without having a panic attack. The surgery is modern and clean and all the staff are polite and friendly. I have recommended this dentist to many friends and family who have all had good experiences of using it.

This dentist will be my first regular practise.Dr Dimitra is just too cool. She has done a catalog of work on my teeth. I have never been in pain or even discomfort dispite 9 visits. Clearly a skilled dentist using the latest dental tech. The added bonus is that she's really pretty! The practice is clean with good facilities and the receptionist worked with me to help pay off my costs. I simply cannot say anything negative at all. Keep up the good work. I'll be sure to recommend.
