Phil Mac was a life saver for me. I had a long standing problem with pain in my hip which significantly restricted my outdoor activity. The pain would begin after an hour or so and become progressively worse. Following consultations with my GP and a number of tests with specialists, my medical team could offer nothing more than a suggestion that I take pain killers. Phil Mack was interested in my problems and took a completely different approach to identifying and then treating the root problem. After about six sessions with Phil (and having following his exercise and stretching regime) I was able to complete a trekking trip to Patagonia including several 9 hour days in the mountains without the onset of any hip pain.
