My family and I have been to Amber Dental now on a number of occasions and have had nothing but a professional experience. I was given options prior to the treatment and the treatment was pain free. I am a nervous patient at best and yet the experience was the best i have had. I felt confident with the direction I chose and the team there are wonderful. Its unusual to make a positive comment, but great service and high standards are hard to come by, so there you have it.

Some 3 years ago I had an unpleasant customer service experience with a local dental clinic and as you do, made enquiries via my network of friends and Amber Dental practice name came from three trusted sources. So I gave it a go! The experience was indeed 5 star. The surgery is very modern with first class equipment. The staff are attentive and friendly The Dentist Nitish whom has now work on my teeth several times is an absolute professional. These guys were awesome - ka mau te wehi! I had the lady dentist and she was really nice and friendly. She gave me this numbing gel before the injection so I didn’t event feel it (stoaked!!). Was really quick to get the filling done and didn’t cost as much as I thought it would either. Wish I had come here sooner. The place looks abit like a house on the outside, and on the inside its flash as and all clean and modern. Was handy as I drive past them when I go into town – is next to BP Kaiti.

After a serious accident 7 years ago, I've had ongoing dental issues including needing multiple root canals, implants, and veneers to repair chipped and broken teeth. I have been extremely impressed with the level of pain free care provided by the Amber Dental team. Nitish and Sujatha have gone above and beyond expectations to meet my dental needs. They have met me at short notice to alleviate pain (compared to having to wait weeks for an appointment elsewhere) and to repair teeth in emergency situations and have always done this with a smile on their face and treated me with the utmost respect. Something I have really appreciated is the way they're always upfront about the cost. I've always known what my treatment was going to cost and they created a really good long term plan for me to cover all the work I needed, including what each part would cost. There were never any surprises and their charges are very reasonable. All members of the team at Amber Dental have fabulous attitudes to their work and to the people they deal with - nothing is ever too much or a problem. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone and everyone. They are very talented - Gisborne is lucky to have dentists that are so well qualified and so good at what they do.
