Just had a very unsatisfactory experience at the Tire shop here. Got 4 new tires put on--$700+. The tires are fine, however, the service was horrible. Ten minutes after I drove off the low inflation light came on. Both tires on one side of the car were 10 pounds under pressure. Then the tires were badly out of balance, even though it was supposedly done when the tires were put on. Brought the car back in two days later to get rebalanced. The mechanic admitted it was "badly out of balance". It appears they forgot to balance the new tires as well as inflate them before they let me drive off after giving them $700. Never got one word of apology from the manager or the mechanic after they knew the situation.This is a TIRE shop--shouldn't they know what to do?? I got a small gift card in exchange for the aggravation of having to take another half day off to fix the problems. RUN, RUN, RUN from this auto shop!!! I will never let them touch my car again.

Food service area is nasty!! there is dust on the drink machines that you could write your name in. Trash is everywhere. It appears that they do not clean at all in the customer eating area. The hotdogs are good but it makes you wonder how clean it is back in the employee area. They are not friendly at all either. It is a wonder that the health department has not shut it down.

Why must the cashiers be so cranky and miserable????? Good service elsewhere though.

This is the worst job I ever had. The supervisors treat you like dirt and expect you to donate some of your check to the walmart cause. The former manager of this store, Rickey Vinson, didn't care about the workers or the customers. I'm glad I don't work here anymore. It was hell on earth. Not enough help, no hours, nothing. Dont work here.
