For 10 years I visited the same old eye doctor and came away each year with glasses that helped me see. But being active outdoors I often wanted contacts however he was never capable of correcting my astigmatism and aging eye issues well enough to make me want to wear the contacts he gave me. I had totally given up on ever being able to wear contacts, sunglasses or play comfortably outdoors. However one trip to see Dr. Dickerson at Calera Eye Care proved my vision could be corrected with contacts. The office staff and he worked diligently to make it possible for me to wear contacts. After a short time I was in a set that not only were comfortable, but they also allowed me to work in front of a PC, read my cell phone, and even road signs at night. I can't say enough about the value of the eye care I've been given at Calera Eye Care. I urge any of you that has been stuck in the same old static "here's your glasses" routine to give Dr. Dickerson a try. He will spend the time to make things as best as they possibly can be. At least that's what I feel he has done for me.

Love this practice. Doctors and staff are all very friendly, it is clean and efficient. Making an appointment is easy. Highly reccomended to anyone that need an eye doctor.
